Read the following articles about how a smart thermometer is being used to track COVID-19 in the US. Also explore the Kinsa website and data visualizations. Come to class ready to discuss how smart devices, deployed at scale, may be able to provide epidemiological insights and also the potential problems of relying on data provided by private companies in this context.
